Horror genre aficionado Sam Raimi has signed on to produce a new supernatural film entitled Refuge . The project has been set up at Mandate, where Rami’s Ghost House Pictures has a production deal. Refuge centers on a remote town terrorized by a Yeti, the mythological creature native to the mountains of the Himalayas. Up and coming director Corin Hardy will direct from a script penned by screenwriter Tom De Ville . Jason Blum, Nathan Kahane and Steven Schneider will produce.
